The 2021 season consists out of a record breaking 23-race calendar. Amongst others, it includes a night race at the inaugural Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and a refurbished old track for the Dutch GP in Zandvoort, which returns to the calendar following a 36 year absence.
UPDATE April 28th: the Grand Prix of Canada (round 7 of the season) will be replaced with the Turkish Grand Prix because of COVID measures in Canada.
UPDATE May 14th: the Turkish Grand Prix (round 7 of the season) has been cancelled. The French Grand Prix will move one week forward to June 20th and a second Austrian Grand Prix (the Styrian GP) is added on June 27th.
UPDATE July 30th: the Turkisch Grand Prix will replace the Grand Prix of Singapore and the Australian Grand Prix on Nov 19-21 has been cancelled. For the moment the replacement of that GP is still unknown.
UPDATE Oct 26th: Mexican and Brazilian Grand Prixs are pushed later on the calendar, and confirmation of the Qatar Grand Prix.
Let us just hope that all races will take place, and that the Corona thingy won't mess up the calendar like it did in the 2020 season.
